National Program Agencies

National Program Agencies are nonprofits based primarily in Washington, DC that coordinate and implement exchange programs. National Program Agencies work closely with our Community-Based Members to create tailored experiences for exchange program participants of the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP):

The Office of International Visitors 

The Office of International Visitors (OIV) at the U.S. Department of State is responsible for implementing the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). OIV works closely with the private sector, including the National Program Agencies and Community-Based Members of Global Ties U.S.
